As our approach
is to integrate specialist fields and disciplines into more complete solutions
it is not practical or sensible to try to capture all those skills in a single
organisation. We recognize that to do so (or to claim this) would be inefficient
and ineffective. So to provide integral
consultancy services in a cost effective way we have found that a different and
more flexible structure is required. Our working
structure draws on the principles of a networked organization to provide the necessary
mix of skills and perspectives to do this work. 
This structure, the alliances we have
formed, and the communities of practice we work within, give us the flexibility
to do our unique work in a unique way. If we recognize a particular expertise
is required, we don't pretend we have those skills, we find them. Our
clients are therefore not limited by their choice of advisers - only limited temporarily
by their problem which is defined and resolved collaboratively. If
