Why that shape? Forsyth Consulting Group's logo is based around the Dodecahedron and the Pentagon. The Pentagon has 5 sides and the Dodecahedron has 12 facets (made of pentagons). To us the Dodecahedron represents our business approach. To solve problems before they occur you need to understand the whole system. However, seeing the whole system can be difficult. The Dodecahedron is something that, while complex in structure, can be represented simply. Representing the complexity of your system simply is what we do. Often problems with complexity are not complex - just multi-faceted. To see the integrated whole requires a view from many perspectives. The Dodecahedron represents this multi-dimensional (rather mono-dimensional) approach. The integrated solution is viewed easily when seen in perspective. The Dodecahedron also has a clearly structured external framework, but provides great internal flexibility. These are also the qualities that represent our group - integrated, holistic, multi-dimensional, solid, yet flexible. This space within the structure represents the hub of our network and the facets the different perspectives that we bring to finding solutions that work. It was Einstein who said - "Make things as simple as possible: But no simpler." The Dodecahedron represents that elegant simplicity. Our aim is to make the complex simple, but also to ensure that each necessary key perspective in strategic development is integrated into both the process and the outcome - simply and effectively. This is who we are. It is also what we do.
