There is much talk in the world at
the moment about sustainable growth. When we at FCG
use the word 'growth' we do so in its enriched sense, being the act or
process of growing. The word 'growth' begs a closer look. Growth
~ to grow (v.) : 1. to increase in size or
value, 2. develop or exist as a living thing or natural product,
3. produce by cultivation, 4. become gradually, 5. (i.e. grow
on) be more favored by. Sustainable Growth is actually
about the whole definition. It is about an increase in value with any increase
in size. It's about existing as a living entity with natural products, not just
as developments on a balance sheet. It is about cultivating present potential
for future benefit and advantage. It is about the management of a gradual process
of change. It is about being seen favourably as a valued member of an increasingly

number of outlets, market share, range of products, surplus funds, status, ranking
or locations - but we also enable you to view the entire growth and development
of the organization - in its assets, systems, identity and culture as a balanced
