Where a process is intangible, defining
its difference becomes almost impossible. Image becomes the only differentiator
in services that seem the same. Our differentiator is in the process we use and
the results realized. In providing a service that does not exist elsewhere
we have had to develop a different approach. The professional relationship established
with our clients is not as a contractor, adviser, business coach, manager, employee,
expert, tradesman, insurer or change agent - but something else. What this means
is that we are actually consultants in the original sense of the word. To
'consult' v. - means 'to seek information or advice from' - rather
than 'to provide information and give advice to'. The client consults with the
consultant to find out what they can not know themselves. The true consultant
helps with finding these unknowns, not giving advice already held which the consultants
have a need to provide. This means that our work usually begins where other consulting
work ends. From the technical side, the foundations of our process are
in relationship consulting, process consultation and participatory inquiry using
integral methodological pluralism. The effects of this approach and why they make
such a difference are explained in more detail below. Read
