Group has as its purpose to share and integrate insights into the sustainable
excellence of organisations. One of the ways in which we do this, other than through
the continuous development of our services, is through a virtual information network.
For many leading organisations who are making their own path to success
there are few guides to help them. We identify initiatives that we feel promote
excellence and share them with the members of as network of our clients and others
interested individuals for their use along the way. We do this through our sustainable

Insights Weblog The
Insights Weblog is the weblog of sustainable growth. It contains regular updates
of observations of what is evolving in the world of sustainable growth theory
and practice. The weblog entries are separated around our four service areas and
cover innovations in business structures, strategy, leadership and innovation
in organisations - particlularly focussing on new practices with an integral frame.
Revealed through the Insights Weblog entry-by-entry are the insights into sustainable
organisational growth developed as these are developed around the world. There
are presently over 250 organisations and individuals in 8 countries who are subscribers.
Each time we make a new entry we will send you a brief two line e-mail detailing
the content of the entry and providing a link to the weblog site. You may wish
to simply read the entry or engage in a discussion and comment on the topic, sharing

In Excellence Article Series Forsyth Consulting Group publishes
Reflections In Excellence for the benefit of its customers. This is our
name for a series of short articles by our consultants and others on the big issues
in strategic and organisational development. The topics are focused around our
four service groups: Business Excellence, Strategic Excellence, Leadership Excellence
and Sustainable Excellence. Many of our articles bring a new perspective to common
strategic issues. All are thought provoking and seek to challenge or extend established
ideas. They are generally published here first. This gives our customers an advantage
in knowing about emerging trends and current issues in our areas of expertise.

was established by us in February 2002 as a forum for those people leading organisational
change within organisations and communities who are interested in the emerging
trends in business management and organisational development that are not covered
by other more mainstream and commercial sources. Our members are described as
'Leaders' as they represent leading edge thinkers, looking to how the best things
are done and how they can be done better. They are interested in 'Excellence'
in terms of both the standards at which their organisations perform and that in
ensuring that their organisations are outstanding in their fields. Current members
include CEOs, senior executives, academics, internal consultants, external consultants,change
agents, integral thinkers, students, researchers, innovators and community leaders.
