Every organization eventually reaches in its life cycle a turning point. This is the point which determines the future of an organization. It is at this point where successful organizations make the move to the next stage of their development. To have reached this point they have travelled far and have been successful in their journeys. They have managed the fundamentals and have grown to an appropriate size, but they then meet a barrier in their natural growth. For organisations at this point there is an unanswered question. They want to know how to move beyond this barrier to the next stage. It almost feels like they have reached the shores of a river. They want to get across the river as quickly as possible, as there is work to do on the other side. They can see the land on the other side but cannot cross to the opposite shore. In trying to move forward and develop alone, they risk being swept downstream. They need a raft to get them to the other side safely and a guide who has been there before to help them become familiar with the new terrain. These organizations are at a transition point. It is here that they decide whether to continue to grow and achieve excellence or to plateau and decline. The organizations that make this transition do so because they want to achieve excellence, not briefly, but sustainably. They want to become the leaders in their fields and have no equal in their competitors. They want to get better at what they do because what they do matters. To end their journey at this point is not enough. Organisations that reach and pass through this point cross over into a different stage of their journeys. To succeed on this path they know they must move beyond finding short-term solutions to existing problems. They must use a different approach if they are to obtain answers to their unanswered questions. To achieve this type of success requires a move to a more complete perspective, where management is not of separate parts of the problem as they become the most urgent, but of all parts within a whole system. To continue the journey you must understand this new terrain. Organisations
that do this achieve Sustainable Excellence® and become the
leaders in their industry or field. These
are our clients. They are both unique at what
they do and outstanding in the way in which they do it. Our

ongoing success. Once ready to proceed, all that is required is the decision
to begin. We will then act as your guide, providing ongoing support each
step along the way.
